Dilution plating of seed extract of 10.000 tomato seed on mMXV medium. Seed extract created by soaking seed in phosphate buffer overnight, stationary @4C. Extracted after incubation by 4min of stomaching. Different/inconsistent sizes of the target pathogen are clearly visible in the pictures. These inconsistencies in size are a result of them coming from seed extract and different growth stages they are in. Please be aware of this verification of suspect colonies by molecular techniques is highly recommended.
